The MICE CARE protocol was written with the aim of guaranteeing safety and welcoming business guests: cleaning and sanitizing spaces, scheduling arrivals and departures of large groups, adoption of disposable work materials.

To continue to guarantee reception in a safe and secure way and in full compliance with the provisions of the WHO and the rules established by the Government and the Puglia Region, Greenblu wanted to redesign some reception procedures also in the spaces for meetings, incentives, conferences and events.
The Mice Care protocol was born, an action plan that emerged after having examined the needs of event planners more closely. The protocol, shared with all the competent and prepared staff, was drawn up by a COVID-19 supervisory technical committee: the aforementioned committee will monitor its application, which may be subject to changes and / or additions based on regulatory updates and / or organizational and management needs.
